Kwik Kopy Charlottetown inherited an 1890 Golding Jobber letterpress when it acquired the assets of Island Offset in 2010.

Sizes

  • The chase is 12" x 8"
  • Tympan paper is 12" wide by approx. 12" high.

Nameplate on Press

The press has a gold-coloured nameplate attached to the front, with:

  • Left: Made by Golding & Co Boston Mass. USA
  • Centre: Golding Jobber 1890
  • Right: Patents ENG 777'81 / GERM. 16002 / FR 141834 / U.S. 256891 267875
