Tim Banks

Tim Banks is the President and Chief Executive Officer of APM Group, a Prince Edward Island-based company in the construction management, project management, development, general contracting and design/build business.
He is known for an irascible attitude towards those that would stand in the way of his business endeavors, but also for his generosity to Island charities.
