Sandy is the Executive Director of ITAP, a position he's held since 2001.
I "met" Sandy for the first time through back in 2003 over a mutually combative series of comments on my weblog related to a post title ITAP as Centre of Excellence in Boredom?. Later that season I met Sandy in person and we calmed down and shared a glass of wine at the ITAP Christmas party.
