In April of 2006 I purchased a Nokia N70 mobile phone from eBay for $335US. I bought the phone to replace my aging Sony Ericsson T610 which had a camera that took small fuzzy photos and a keypad that was gradually decaying (there was a certain set of gee-whiz reasons for buying the N70 too).
Tips
Firmware Version - To display the currently installed firmware version in an N70, dial *#0000#. My version when I purchased the phone was:
V 2.0539.1.2 19-10-05 RM-84
After upgrading my firmware in Denmark the version is now:
V 5.0609.2.0.1 01-03-06 RM-84
IMEI - To display the IMEI (international mobile identification number), dial *#06#.
Screen Capture - Best Screen Snap is a freeware screen capture utility.
CellTrack is an interesting application that displays information about the current cell connected to on your GSM network.
