The Noodle House

The Noodle House is a Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island Chinese restaurant. Catherine and I have been eating there about once a month since we arrived on the Island in 1993; their food is excellent, their service second-to-none.
Catherine likes the Singapore Rice Noodles, I'm partial to both the Hot Szechuan Noodles with Tofu and the Kung Pao Gar Ding.
