One of the signature menu on the menu at The Town & Country restaurant was owner Louis Rashed's Chicken and Rice Soup.

When The Town & Country closed, the soup closed with it. Fortunately it returned to the menu of the Seatreat, the restaurant opened by Louis' son Joe. And it's as good as ever.
