Café Diem is located on Victoria Row, an area of Richmond Street between Queen and Great George Streets that is closed to traffic in the summer months.
Arguably the most "European" of Charlottetown's coffee shops, the café has large doors at the front that open to the street, a tile interior, and an over-bar balcony with Internet terminals. There is also free public-access Wifi.
They make the best chai latte in the city.
