I picked up Almost French from the Globe Corner Bookstore in April, and have been reading it slowly over the last several months.

It's the autobiographical tale of Sarah Turnbull, a journalist and Australian expat living in Paris: she met a Frenchman in Romania, fell in love, and the book tells the story of her move to France and acclimitization to la vie française.

I enjoy the book as much for its descriptions of living in Paris as I do for its insights to the challenges of living everyday life in any new and different cultural setting.
